Hi, I'm Vel - and yes, I've been in this industry long enough to have seen it at its best, its most chaotic, and everything in between. 😄
With 15+ years on the media and advertising agency side across Australia, Singapore, and APAC, I've worked across government, FMCG, tech, finance, retail, education, pharmaceuticals, and energy, spanning media investment and trading, brand partnerships, commercial strategy, and senior leadership.
All of this led me to a belief that a single driver is responsible for the magnitude of outcomes - culture.
A culture that truly places its people first. And when I say truly, I mean “put your money where your mouth is” truly. A place where people didn't just show up, but actually wanted to be there. An ecosystem with culture at its core. Because I’ve seen and experienced it - working with brilliant people of all levels, to come up with the greatest, most out-of-the-box creative ideas, that excited not only us, but our clients and partners. And delivered impactful solutions that hit goals way out of the ball park (yes we still have to deliver the bottom line!). But I saw the same pattern repeat itself - it never lasted. Brilliant people became an afterthought. My strong conviction was grounded on what I call the “golden days” of my career. I kept searching for this culture, with no luck.
So I built it.
